The single most expensive mistake in pod vaping is ordering a replacement pod for a device it does not fit. There is no workaround once you have paid. The pod will not seat correctly, will not fire, and cannot be returned. This guide exists entirely to prevent that situation.
We cover the four pod families most commonly used with Bangladeshi-market devices: the Vaporesso XROS series, the Vaporesso LUXE X series, and the Uwell Caliburn G3, G2, and A3S. For each one, we give the verified resistance options, the correct wattage windows, the nicotine strengths each pod is actually built for, and the compatibility rules that are not written clearly on any product packaging.
Replacement pods in Bangladesh divide into device-specific families that are not interchangeable. Uwell Caliburn G3 pods (0.6Ω, 0.9Ω, 1.2Ω, 2.5ml) fit only the G3 series. Caliburn G2 pods (0.8Ω and 1.2Ω, 2ml) are separate and do not seat in a G3 device. Vaporesso XROS pods in 0.6Ω through 1.2Ω fit all XROS devices; the 0.4Ω pod fits only the XROS Pro, XROS 4, and newer models. Ordering the wrong pod family is an unrecoverable purchase error in Bangladesh’s no-refund retail environment.
The Compatibility Problem Nobody Explains
Pod systems from Uwell and Vaporesso use proprietary connection systems. The magnetic mount and the pod body dimensions are specific to each product line. A Caliburn G3 pod will not physically connect to a Caliburn G2 device. An XROS pod will not fit a LUXE X device. These are not software locks. They are physical mismatches, and no amount of forcing will make them seat.
The second layer of the problem is resistance selection within a compatible pod family. Every pod family offers two or more resistance options, and the correct one depends on what nicotine strength and VG/PG ratio you are using. Pairing 50mg salt nicotine with a 0.4Ω mesh pod produces a throat hit that most adults find severe enough to abandon the device entirely within a few days. Running 3mg freebase through a 1.2Ω pod produces a draw so restricted and output so low that the liquid barely vaporises. Neither of these is a device failure. Both are pairing failures.
We would rather put this in front of you before the order than explain it after.
How to Find Your Exact Device Model
Before reading the compatibility tables, identify which device you own. The model name is almost always printed on the back of the device body, on the bottom edge, or on the original box. For Uwell Caliburn devices, look for “G3”, “G2”, or “A3S” printed in small text near the charging port or on the box’s front face. For Vaporesso, look for “XROS”, “XROS Pro”, “XROS 2”, “XROS 3”, “XROS 4”, “LUXE X”, “LUXE X2”, or “LUXE XR PRO” on the device or box.
If the labelling has worn away or you bought the device second-hand without the box, check your purchase receipt or the product listing you ordered from. Do not guess. An incorrectly identified device leads to an incorrectly ordered pod.
Vaporesso XROS Series Replacement Pods
The XROS series uses a universal pod connection system for most of its resistance options, but with one exception that creates a significant compatibility problem.
The Vaporesso XROS pod range includes five resistance options. The 0.6Ω, 0.8Ω, 1.0Ω, and 1.2Ω pods are forward and backward compatible with every XROS device from the original XROS through the XROS 6, XROS Mini, XROS Nano, XROS 2, XROS 3, and XROS Pro. The 0.4Ω pod is different. Vaporesso rates it for use with the XROS Pro, XROS 4, XROS 4 Mini, and newer devices only. If you have an older XROS model, the 0.4Ω pod may not seat correctly or may not activate the device. Check the printed model name on your device before ordering a 0.4Ω pod.

| XROS Pod Resistance | Capacity | Best Wattage (Vaporesso rated) | Nicotine Fit | Compatible Devices |
| 0.4Ω mesh | 2ml or 3ml | 25W | 3mg to 6mg freebase; RDL draw | XROS Pro, XROS 4, XROS 4 Mini and newer only |
| 0.6Ω mesh | 2ml or 3ml | 21W | 6mg to 12mg freebase; loose MTL to RDL | Full XROS series |
| 0.8Ω mesh | 2ml or 3ml | 16W | 20mg to 35mg salt nicotine; MTL | Full XROS series |
| 1.0Ω mesh | 2ml | 12W | 35mg to 50mg salt nicotine; MTL | Full XROS series |
| 1.2Ω mesh | 2ml | 10W | 35mg to 50mg salt nicotine; tight MTL | Full XROS series |
Wattage figures are Vaporesso’s rated best-wattage, not a ceiling. Actual performance varies with liquid VG/PG ratio, nicotine strength, and draw style. The nicotine fit column is KandyVape’s operational guidance based on standard resistance-to-draw-style conventions; it is not a claim by Vaporesso.
The most common XROS pod mistake we see is a Dhaka customer buying the 0.4Ω pod because it has the largest capacity option (3ml) and the highest perceived output, then discovering their XROS 2 does not fire it reliably. The 0.8Ω pod in the 3ml variant covers most salt nicotine users on older XROS devices and is the safer default if you are unsure which XROS generation you own.
Vaporesso LUXE X Series Replacement Pods
The LUXE X pod is a separate product line and is not interchangeable with XROS pods. The LUXE X pod uses a built-in coil design and is available in 0.4Ω and 0.8Ω variants. Both come in a 5ml capacity (a 2ml TPD version also exists in some markets).
Vaporesso’s own product page confirms the LUXE X pod is compatible with the LUXE X, LUXE X2, LUXE XR PRO, LUXE X3, LUXE XR MAX, and LUXE XR MAX 2 devices. The 0.4Ω variant supports DTL and RDL vaping styles and pairs with lower-strength freebase liquids (Vaporesso specifies PG/VG 40/60 to 30/70 at 0mg to 6mg for the lowest-wattage range, stepping up to higher mg freebase at mid-range wattages). The 0.8Ω variant is the MTL option and is more appropriate for 20mg to 50mg salt nicotine at a 50/50 to 40/60 PG/VG ratio.
If you own a LUXE X series device and order XROS pods, they will not fit. The housings are physically different.
Uwell Caliburn G3 Replacement Pods
The Caliburn G3 uses the G Pod Platform, which Uwell confirmed is its own dedicated coil ecosystem. Uwell’s official specification page lists three pod options for the G3: the 0.6Ω, 0.9Ω, and 1.2Ω FeCrAl meshed integrated coil cartridges. All three have a 2.5ml capacity and use either a top-fill or side-fill system depending on the variant of the G3 you purchased. Uwell’s own documentation notes that which fill type you have depends on which kit set you bought and recommends confirming with the retailer before ordering pods.
The G3 device runs at a maximum of 25W. The 0.6Ω pod operates well within that envelope at RDL-style airflow. The 0.9Ω and 1.2Ω pods are MTL options with progressively tighter draws. The G3 is the first Caliburn G-series device to support 0.6Ω, which makes it suitable for 6mg to 12mg freebase users who want more vapour production than a conventional salt nicotine MTL pod provides.
| Caliburn G3 Pod | Capacity | Max Device Output | Nicotine Fit | Compatible Devices |
| 0.6Ω FeCrAl meshed | 2.5ml | 25W | 6mg to 12mg freebase; loose MTL to RDL | G3 series only |
| 0.9Ω FeCrAl meshed | 2.5ml | 25W | 20mg to 35mg salt nicotine; MTL | G3 series only |
| 1.2Ω FeCrAl meshed | 2.5ml | 25W | 35mg to 50mg salt nicotine; tight MTL | G3 series only |
Uwell rates battery capacity for the G3 at 900mAh (confirmed on myuwell.com). Charging is rated at 2A fast charging via USB-C.
G3 pods do not fit the G2. The pod platform is different. If you search “Caliburn pods Bangladesh” and order the first result without checking which G-series device you own, you will receive pods that will not connect to your device. Check your device model before ordering.

Uwell Caliburn G2 Replacement Pods
The G2 uses a different pod ecosystem from the G3. Its replacement pods carry FeCrAl UN2 Meshed-H coil technology in two resistance options: 0.8Ω and 1.2Ω. Both pods hold 2ml of liquid. The G2 device runs at a maximum of 18W.
The 0.8Ω G2 pod is the lower-resistance option, more suitable for freebase liquids at 6mg to 18mg and a looser MTL draw. The 1.2Ω G2 pod is the salt nicotine option, designed for 20mg to 50mg salts at a tighter MTL draw. Uwell notes on the official G2 product page that the 1.2Ω Caliburn G2 coil works well with stronger salts, while the 1.0Ω Caliburn G coil (a separate coil series from the original Caliburn G) is also compatible with the G2 device. If you see a listing for a Caliburn G2 pod and it specifies UN2 Meshed-H in the description, that is the correct integrated pod for the G2.
Uwell Caliburn A3S Replacement Pods
The A3S is Uwell’s draw-activated, button-free pod system, designed specifically for users who want the simplest possible operation. It runs at a maximum of 16W on a 520mAh battery. The A3S replacement pods are available in 0.8Ω and 1.0Ω, both with 2ml capacity.
Uwell’s official A3S page confirms that the A3S is also compatible with the Caliburn A3 pod, which gives A3S users access to additional pod variants. The 0.8Ω A3S pod is pre-installed in new kits. The 1.0Ω pod is the spare, intended for higher-nicotine salt users. Both pods use FeCrAl meshed coil construction and a side-fill system.
The A3S is not interchangeable with G2 or G3 pods. The A3S pod and the G3 pod may look superficially similar in marketplace photos, but the physical housing, the fill system, and the magnetic connection point are different.
Resistance, Wattage, and Nicotine: The Pairing Logic
This is the section most buying guides skip. It is also the section that determines whether you enjoy the first tank or abandon the device.
The propylene glycol in e-liquid, documented in the PubChem compound entry for propylene glycol (CID 1030), is the carrier that produces throat hit. Salt nicotine formulations increase that throat hit further. A lower-resistance pod at higher wattage vaporises more liquid per puff, concentrating the aerosol and making the throat hit from salt nicotine at 50mg functionally unpleasant for most adult users. A higher-resistance pod at lower wattage reduces vapour volume and aerosol density, which is what makes high-strength salt nicotine tolerable to inhale at an MTL draw.
The practical pairing table is:
| Resistance | Wattage Window | Recommended Nicotine | Draw Style |
| 0.4Ω mesh | 20W to 30W | 0mg to 6mg freebase | RDL to DTL |
| 0.6Ω mesh | 16W to 25W | 6mg to 12mg freebase | Loose MTL to RDL |
| 0.8Ω mesh | 12W to 18W | 12mg to 35mg salt or freebase | MTL |
| 1.0Ω mesh | 10W to 14W | 35mg to 50mg salt nicotine | MTL |
| 1.2Ω mesh | 8W to 12W | 35mg to 50mg salt nicotine | Tight MTL |
These ranges represent standard industry conventions for MTL and RDL pod hardware. They are not manufacturer guarantees of any specific result. Actual throat hit and vapour production vary with liquid composition, VG/PG ratio, puffing duration, and airflow setting where adjustable.
If you are switching from cigarettes and using a 50mg salt nicotine liquid, start with a 1.0Ω or 1.2Ω pod. The 0.8Ω is acceptable at 20mg to 35mg. Do not pair a 0.4Ω or 0.6Ω pod with 50mg salt nicotine regardless of which device you own.

How to Verify Authenticity Before You Pay
Clone replacement pods are present in the Bangladeshi market. This is not a hypothetical. A counterfeit pod may look identical to a genuine unit in a product photo. The problems typically appear after the first fill: irregular wicking that produces dry hits early in a pod’s life, leaking from the pod base caused by poor ultrasonic welding, and resistance values that differ from the marking on the pod housing, causing the device to fire at unintended power levels.
For Vaporesso products, the verification process is direct. Vaporesso runs an active authenticity verification system using a scratch-off label on the side of the packaging. Scratch the coating to reveal a QR code or a 12- to 14-digit code. Scan the QR code with your phone’s camera, or enter the code manually at vaporesso.com/is-your-product-authentic. If the label is missing, has already been scratched before you received the product, or the code returns an invalid result, do not use the product. Vaporesso currently has three label versions in circulation. All three use the same scratch-and-scan method.
For Uwell products, the system is equivalent. Scratch the coating on the packaging to reveal an 18-digit security code. Enter it at myuwell.com/verify. Uwell upgraded from 16-digit to 18-digit codes on newer packaging runs. If your packaging shows a 16-digit code, the product predates the upgrade and is not automatically counterfeit, but confirm the code’s validity before use.
Physical signs that a pod is not genuine: the pod body has visible mould seam lines on the transparent section that a genuine pod does not have, the magnetic connection rattles when inserted rather than seating with a firm click, and the resistance printed on the pod does not match what your device screen reports on the first fire. Genuine pods on regulated devices will show an impedance reading that is close to the printed value. A significant deviation is a warning sign.
We are an authorised retailer for Uwell. Our stock comes through verified supply channels. You can verify any Uwell pod you purchase from us using the code on the box before you fill it.
What Happens to Pods at the Wrong Wattage
A pod run consistently above its optimal wattage will fail earlier than it otherwise would. The cotton wick cannot draw liquid to the mesh surface fast enough to keep up with the heat, and the result is a dry hit, a burnt taste, and a coil element that degrades faster. How much faster depends on the specific wattage excess, the VG/PG ratio of the liquid, and how hard and how frequently you draw.
Vaporesso and Uwell both publish “best wattage” figures, not maximum wattage ceilings. Running a 0.8Ω XROS pod at 18W rather than the rated 16W will not immediately destroy the pod. Running it at 25W sustained will shorten its life noticeably. Neither manufacturer publishes a universal coil lifespan figure, because the variable that matters most is user behaviour. A pod that lasts one person two weeks may last another person five days under heavier use.
We do not publish coil lifespan estimates. Any number we give you would be a guess, and a wrong guess in a no-refund context is a harm, not a help.
Ordering and Delivery
Orders placed before 3:00 PM dispatch the same day, including weekends. The 3,500 BDT free shipping threshold applies to your total order. If you are ordering pods below that threshold, check the current delivery charge before completing your purchase.
KandyVape operates a strict no-return, no-refund policy on all products. This is precisely why this guide exists at this length. An incorrect pod ordered is an unrecoverable purchase. If you are unsure which pod your device takes, visit us at Shop 22, Level 3, Sahabuddin Plaza, Adabar, Mohammadpur, Dhaka, and we will confirm the correct part before you pay.
Regulatory Note
E-cigarettes and electronic nicotine delivery systems are not prohibited under the Smoking and Tobacco Products Usage (Control) (Amendment) Act, 2026, gazetted on 10 April 2026, which excluded ENDS products from its prohibition clauses. For the current legislative text, refer to the tobaccocontrollaws.org Bangladesh entry. Bangladesh’s advertising provisions under that Act remain subject to legal interpretation with respect to e-cigarette retail content, and this article is written in informational rather than promotional register accordingly.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will a Caliburn G3 pod fit a Caliburn G2 device?
No. The Caliburn G3 uses the G Pod Platform with a 2.5ml pod body and its own coil geometry. The Caliburn G2 uses a 2ml pod with FeCrAl UN2 Meshed-H coils. The physical connection and coil housing are different. Ordering G3 pods for a G2 device results in a part that will not seat or fire. Check the model name on your device before ordering.
Will any XROS pod fit my XROS device?
Most will, but not all. The 0.6Ω, 0.8Ω, 1.0Ω, and 1.2Ω XROS pods are compatible with the full XROS series. The 0.4Ω pod is only confirmed compatible with the XROS Pro, XROS 4, XROS 4 Mini, and newer devices. If you own an earlier XROS model, do not order the 0.4Ω pod unless your device manual explicitly lists it as compatible.
Which resistance pod should I use with 50mg salt nicotine?
Use a 1.0Ω or 1.2Ω pod. Running 50mg salt nicotine through a 0.6Ω or 0.8Ω pod at the wattages those resistances require produces a throat hit that most users find too harsh to sustain. The pairing table in this article covers the full resistance-to-nicotine logic in detail.
How do I know if the replacement pod I received is genuine?
For Vaporesso pods: scratch the anti-counterfeit label on the packaging and scan the QR code or enter the code at vaporesso.com/is-your-product-authentic. For Uwell pods: enter the 18-digit code from the scratch-off panel at myuwell.com/verify. If the label is pre-scratched on arrival or the code returns an error, contact us before using the pod.
When will my pod order arrive if I order today?
Orders submitted before 3:00 PM dispatch the same day, including weekends. Typical delivery windows depend on your location; check the current delivery information on the shipping page before ordering. If you are in Mohammadpur or nearby, an in-store purchase from our shop at Sahabuddin Plaza avoids delivery entirely.
Can I return a pod if it does not suit my device or nicotine strength?
No. KandyVape does not accept returns or issue refunds on any product. This applies to replacement pods regardless of whether the pod is unopened. The compatibility tables and pairing guidance in this article exist specifically to help you make the correct selection before ordering. If you are unsure, contact us for a compatibility confirmation before placing your order.
What is the difference between an integrated coil pod and a replaceable coil system?
An integrated coil pod has the coil built into the pod body. When the coil degrades, you replace the entire pod. All the pods covered in this article (Caliburn G3, G2, A3S, XROS, and LUXE X) use integrated coil pods. A replaceable coil system uses a separate coil that you swap into the same pod body. These are different hardware architectures and the pods are not interchangeable between them.
Before You Order
If your device is listed in this article, the correct pod family is identifiable from the tables above. Cross-reference your device model name with the compatibility column, select the resistance that matches your nicotine strength from the pairing table, and confirm the pod using the manufacturer’s verification system when it arrives.
If your device is not covered here, or you are pairing a pod with a liquid you have not used before, contact us directly before placing an order. Our shop at Sahabuddin Plaza, Mohammadpur, is open for in-person compatibility checks.
