Age verification is now a legal obligation. We have no way of avoiding this and all vaping companies will soon have to follow suit. In 2013, the Smoking and Using of Tobacco Products (Control) Act was amended to repeal ‘the Juvenile Smoking Act’ and insert section 6A, which prohibits the sale of tobacco products to anyone under the age of eighteen. Violation of this provision is punishable by a fine of up to Tk. 5000/-, and repeating the same offence will result in a double fine. Due to this law, we are required to verify the age of any customers wishing to purchase our products. 

Age verification is a very smooth process that runs in the background once order is completed. You do not require to give any extra information rather that what you need to complete a purchase. You must always enter your name/address as it would appear on Passport/Driving, Licence/ID or in your payment card. 

You will only be required to take action if Verify My Age contacts you to do so via email or phone and they will only do so if the information you have already provided during checkout is not correct or up to date to do age check. Verify my age and carry out all age verifications on other platforms so some of you will be on their databases already.

 We will carry out Age Verification on all new orders received. This is all done in the background using the normal information you input on our website. If this information is not sufficient to allow verification, you will be contacted by Verify My Age by email or Phone.

 Verification is only required once for each Customer, where confirmation over age of 18 will be recorded.
